Our Approach Speak with Us

Who We Are

Built on Conviction,
Not Convention

Excelsis — Latin for "the highest" — reflects our calling: to glorify God through faithful stewardship of wealth and opportunity. We serve a trusted circle of accredited investors and families, offering conservative portfolios rooted in prudence, trust, and care.

Founded by an experienced entrepreneur and a seasoned commodity and FX dealer, Excelsis Holdings was built on the conviction that sound investing is not about chasing performance. It is about preserving capital, compounding it wisely, and operating with integrity.

We will be pursuing a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence under Singapore's Securities and Futures Act, to serve accredited and institutional investors through a fully regulated fund management structure.

Faithful Stewardship
Capital managed with diligence, care, and a long-term perspective.
Discipline in Execution
Grounded in fundamentals. No speculation. No sin stocks.
Integrity & Transparency
Annual audited statements. Full accountability to clients and beneficiaries.
Purpose Beyond Profit
50% of net profits directed to Christ-centred charitable causes.

Investment Philosophy

Risk-Aware.
Indicator-Driven.
Conviction-Aligned.

We reject passivity and speculation alike. Our process focuses on sustainable, risk-aware growth through diversified portfolios — guided by biblical stewardship and governed by a rules-based Dynamic Risk Control Framework that responds objectively to market conditions.

Client funds are held in full custody with regulated third-party institutions, segregated entirely from company assets — protected even in the unlikely event of corporate liquidation.

01
Diversified Asset Allocation
Portfolios span equities, fixed income, precious metals, and cash instruments — constructed to minimise unsystematic risk and capture sustainable, market-aligned returns.
02
Valuation-Driven Rebalancing
Five macro indicators — including the Buffett Indicator and Shiller CAPE — signal when to reduce equity exposure. All portfolios reviewed monthly. No knee-jerk reactions; signals must persist for ten working days.
03
Ethical Screening
Every holding passes through a stewardship filter. We exclude gambling, exploitation, and industries Scripture clearly identifies as harmful — while focusing capital on companies with sound governance and long-term value creation.
04
Cost-Efficient Execution
We invest directly into securities and commodities — bypassing ETF management fees — and apply the Pareto principle to focus capital on the top 20% of instruments expected to deliver 80% of returns.
05
Downside Risk Controls
Equity exposure scales down as Red Indicators increase. At 0 indicators: 80% equity. At 5: 40%. Released capital moves to liquid, risk-free instruments until conditions normalise.
06
Client-Centric Suitability
Every portfolio begins with a deep understanding of objectives, constraints, time horizon, and values. We grow wealth without compromising conviction.

Kingdom Impact

Wealth as a Means
of Lasting Service

Excelsis Holdings commits 50% of its net profits to Christ-centred missions and charities — not as an afterthought, but as a founding conviction. We believe wealth is not merely a resource for personal gain, but a means for service, legacy, and eternal impact.

We partner with trusted local and international churches to support missionaries, assist underserved communities, and fund initiatives in relief, education, and discipleship. All giving is governed by Scripture, managed with full transparency, and reported to investors annually.

The remaining 50% is reinvested into the business to sustain long-term growth and fairly compensate the team whose work makes this mission possible.
